The guest house has a fully equipped kitchen and a king size bed. Linens and towels are provided. We provide complimentary coffee, juice, soft drinks and breakfast bars for your convenience. There is a porch that is perfect for having your morning coffee or just relaxing in the swing.
The rates listed below are for 2 people either in the Guest House or the Bunk House. Add $25 for each additional person staying in the Bunk House. The Guest House only sleeps 2 people.
RATES: Monday - Thursday $100 per night Single Night Rate $125
Friday - Sunday $125 per night Single Night Rate $150
Non-refundable Pet Fee: $25 per night.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or personal checks as payment. A 50% deposit is required at the time of the reservation with the full balance due 10 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded if notice is given at least 10 days prior to the arrival date. After that no refunds will be given. There is a $25 additional fee for a one night only stay and a $25 additional fee per night if we allow your pet.
Due to parking restrictions we cannot accommodate day guests or motorcycles. Small pets on a leash will be considered but cannot be left unattended in the house. Renters must take the pet with them when away from the property.
